這場 3 小時瑜伽工作坊,將帶領你精進倒立練習,並透過更深層的放鬆,讓你能以更細緻的覺察去觀察當下的每一個呼吸,以嶄新的角度體會瑜伽調息法(Pranayama)。
**歡迎 Level 1 以上、且具備適合倒立之經驗的學員參加。
Iyengar Yoga Intensive For Level 1 & Above
As we come to the middle of the year, take a moment to center yourself—reflect on the first half of this year, and look ahead to what’s next.
This 3-hour yoga workshop will guide you to refine your practice of inversions, helping you prepare for deep relaxation so you can observe your breath with greater awareness and experience yogic breathing—Pranayama—with a fresh perspective.
**All students are welcome with Level 1 and above (and with prior experience suitable for inversions).**

大休式(Savasana / Mrttasana;屍臥式)
「Sava / Mrta」意思是屍體。在這個體位中,目標是模仿屍體的狀態:一旦生命離開,身體會保持不動,動作也就無法進行。透過在一段時間內完全靜止不動,並且在保持身體放鬆的同時,讓心也盡量安靜、維持清醒的覺知,你會逐漸學會如何放鬆。
這種有意識的 #放鬆,會讓 #身體與心靈 都感到振奮、恢復與清新;然而,真正的難點在於:比起讓身體保持不動,讓心也同樣靜止是更困難。因此,這個看似簡單的姿勢,其實是最難精通的練習之一。—《光燿瑜伽》B.K.S. Iyengar
#Savasana / Mrtasana
Sava or Mrta means a corpse. In this asana the object is to imitate a corpse. Once life has departed, the body remains still and no movement are possible. By remaining motionless for some time and keeping the mind still while you are fully conscious, you learn to relax.
This conscious #relaxtion invigorated and refreshes both body and mind. But it is much harder to keep the mind than the body still. Therefore, this apparently easy posture is one of the most difficult to master. <Light on Yoga> by B.K.S. Iyengar
