Online Yoga for Deep Sleep
The instructor of this online class will guide participants through practicing restorative yoga poses, using yoga props and furniture appropriately to support the body. This will help relax tense muscles and nerves, stabilize emotions, and prepare the body for sleep, thereby deepening the quality of sleep and allowing participants to wake up feeling more energized.
